ベルガモの旧市街は山上にあり、中世そのままの景観が残ったとても美しい街ですが、なんといっても私にはオペラ作曲家のドニゼッティの生誕・死去の街です。今回は生家が工事中で拝観出来ませんでしたが、別にある博物館で遺品や直筆楽譜などを見ることができました。ちなみに彼のオペラではやはり「愛の妙薬」「ドンパスクァーレ」が良いですね。ハッピーエンドが一番です。写真にあるワインボトルは「愛の妙薬」のインチキ薬売りのドゥルカマーラおやじの名前ですね。とても欲しかったのですが、飛行機で運ぶことを考えて諦めました。
ヴェローナは、アリーナでのオペラや美しい旧市街地は勿論とても楽しめましたが、今回予想外に感激したのが、美術品の数々です。有名な作品はほとんどありませんが、特にルネサンス直前のキリスト教絵画や彫刻に温かみのある名品が多数見られました。まあ、これは好みですが、、、。
ただ、このズミルックス21ｍｍはさすがに最新レンズで、絞り開放で背景をぼかしつつも彫刻の陰影を見事に描写していますし、絵画を写真にしても主題を際立てて浮き上がらせてくれます。
アリーナのオペラは今回の出演がプラシド・ドミンゴということで見事に超満員でした。
The old town of Bergamo is located on a mountain which keeps a medieval
architechture and atmosphere, however it is a town of my favorite Opera
composer Donizetti's birth and death place. Unfortunately I could not enter
the birthplace because of construction work, but I could see his scores
by his hand and other things left. I personally like 'L'Elisir d'Amore'
and 'Don Pasquale'. Happy Ending is best for me. The wine bottle in photos
is named after Dulcamara who is the importance cast in L'Elisir d'Amore. I really wanted to buy but gave up to think to carry
in Aircraft.
I enjoyed of course Opera in the Arena and beautiful old town, however
what I was interested in very much this time is works of art there. There
are no such famous works, but I liked Christian paints and sculptures made
just before the Renaissance. Of course it is only my taste,,,,,.
But this newest Summilux 21mm describes shades of sculpture beatifully with
giving good bokeh in full aperture, and also clearly stans out subjects in making picture of paints.
The Arena was completely full because the concert of the day was by Placido
Domingo.

今回のスイスの旅は残念ながら、あまり天気には恵まれませんでした。時折太陽も顔を見せるものの、旅程のほとんどが曇りか雨でした。ユングフラウなどの頂上は全て雲の中という事前情報でしたので、無理をしないでラウターブルンネンからミューレンを周り、旅の目的の一つであるアルピグレンの山小屋ホテルに宿泊です。
2段目の牛達は全てその山小屋ホテルの周囲で飼われているもので、昔訪れた時と全く代わらない酪農の風景が見られました。大変だったのは足元の悪さで、雨によって牛や豚の糞が溶け出して、駅からホテルまでの道はグチャグチャ。カバンのカートを使うわけにもいかず、かなり難儀をしました。
このホテルの名物はこれらの牛の乳と、それから作ったチーズやバターをその場で出してくれることだったのですが、いつからか生乳は中止してしまったらしく、残念ながら今回は飲めませんでした。チーズは相変わらずこの近辺の山小屋製でとてもおいしかったです。
チューリッヒも夕立が頻繁に降る天候でした。ここには20数年前に住んでいましたので、その時の住まいを訪ねましたが、何も残っていたので、とてもほっとしました。
Unfortunately, the weather was not so good on this Swiss travel. The sun
came out several times, but most of an itinerary was with clouds and rain.
All tops of famous mountains as Jungfrau were covered with cloud or fog
by the prior information, so we did not try them in vain but went around
from Lauterbrunnen to Muerren, and went to the cottage hotel in Alpiglen
where is one of the objective of this travel.
All cows of the photos in second row were
kept around the cottage hotel, and the scenery of the dairy farming which
doesn't change at all from the time I came in more than twenty years ago. The trouble
was in the condition of road to walk, and feces of beef and pork began to melt
by rain, and the way from the station to the hotel is seriously messy. A cart
of a bag couldn't be used, and it was a heavy way.
One of my favorite points of this hotel was
to drink and eat milk of these cows, cheese and butter made in this place, however,
they stopped to serve raw milk to guests from sometime unfortunately. The
cheese was still very good which is made in the cottage in this vicinity.
We had also frequent showers in Zurich. We have live here in more than
20 years ago, so visited the residence where we live, I was very relieved
to see nothing have changed of that house.

やはり最新のレンズを絞ってとると「切れ」がすごいですね。ぜひパソコン画面の輝度を最大にして見てみてください。まるで建物のエッジで手が切れそうな解像度を示してくれます。大幅に画像を縮小していてもこれだけビシっとしているのはさすがだと思います。
ヨーロッパの都市の旧市街は、何処に言っても光源が統一されていて、しかも蛍光灯ではないところが、とても写真欲をそそります。しかも映し出されたその色調はデジタルでも見事で、ついつい気に入ってしまいます。
After all, "sharpness" is terrible when I take photos with closing
the diaphragm of the latest lens. Please maximize the brightness of the
PC screen. The resolution is so high that as if it could cut my hand with
the edge of a building. I think it is splendid that the description is
so clear even if I largely reduce an image as such. Sources of light are
united and not fluorescent lamp in most of the old cities in Europe attracts
me to take photos very much. The projected color is also wonderful in digital
and likes them very much.

Lovers in Venezia

持っているレンズの構成上、スナップは標準レンズが多いのですが、広角でのスナップもとても好きですね。ただちょっと距離を置いてしまうと人物が豆粒のようになってしまうので、それだけ難しいとは思いますが。
夜間のスナップにはこのｆ1.4のスペックはとても有利ですね。ライカＭ８でISOを640にセッティングしてやれば、なんとか人物の動きも止めることができるので、その開放ｆ値の差は大きいです。
ちなみに２段目は参考で、21ｍｍではなく、３枚がホロゴン16mm、最後の１枚がプラナー80ｍｍｆ2.8のものです。
Because of my standard lens main composition,
I usually take snap shots by standard lenses, however I felt it is also very
nice to take snap shots with a wide angle lens. But I feel it is difficult that
a figure of people becomes like a dot when taking photos with a distance. The
spec of this f1.4 is very advantageous to a night snap. The difference of the
opening f value is big because I can stop the movement of the person somehow if
I do setting the ISO at 640. By the way, as for the second row, three pieces
are by Hologon 16mm, and the last one piece is by planar 80mmf2.8 for reference.

Bluebell Railway and Hever castle

この日は珍しく晴天に恵まれてしまい（？）ましたので、ｆ1.4開放での作例はあまり撮れませんでしたが、1枚目や室内・夜間の作例、水仙の作例などは開放で撮影しております。超広角とはいえ、被写界深度は非常に薄いですが、ピント部分は非常に切れのある描写ですし、ボケもなだらかであまり2線傾向は強く出ていません。
ブルーベル鉄道は既出ですが、ヒーヴァー城は初めて訪れました。ヘンリー八世の2番目の妻でエリザベス１世の母親、後に断頭台の露と消えた「アン・ブーリン」の実家の居城です。こじんまりとした城ですが、広い庭園があり、城内部の彫刻も見事で、往時の権勢が偲ばれました。
It was an unusually fine day as UK, and it was difficult to take photos
with the full aperture. However, the first piece, in the room and nighttime,
and photos of daffodils were taken at full aperture. The depth of field
is very thin despite a super-wide angle lens, but the description of focus
part is very sharp, and the bokeh is gentle and no double image(2 lines)
bokeh is coming up. The Blue Bell railroad was already up in HP, but Hever
Castle came out for the first time. Anne Boleyn, the second wife of the
Henry the eighth, Mother of Elizabeth I who had been executed later, lived
in the castle of her parents in younger days. Although it was a small castle,
there was a large garden, and the sculptures inside the castle were also
brilliant. I could remember the power in the old days of their families.
